DataLink is a load management and reporting tool which can be accessed anytime, anywhere with a convenient web interface. DataLink captures interval data and presents it in an easy to understand, graphical format. This gives the customer the ability to view information regarding their energy usage and to make business decision based on that knowledge.
The DataLink Energy Management System is designed to provide informational data displayed daily in 15-minute interval in all of Entergy's jurisdictions except Texas, which provides informational data displayed daily in 30-minute intervals.

Call the Entergy Business Center at 800-766-1648 or send an email to ebc@entergy.com. When emailing, advise you are interested in the DataLink Service. Please provide the account(s) or meter number(s), you are interested in setting up on DataLink. The Entergy Business Center will verify if your meters are accessible and email you with the information to proceed.
