Entergy Express Pay Paying your Entergy bill is only a click or phone call away. In partnership with BillMatrix, residential and small business customers can pay their bills online or by phone -- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week -- using a credit card, debit card or checking account. Pay your bill in full or specify the amount you wish to pay, the choice is up to you.  While you will be paying your account with Entergy, the full amount of the $2.95 fee is passed to BillMatrix as the provider of this service.
